We used Wilgus for renting a vacation house in Bethany Beach this summer for our three generation family stay. The house was conveniently located, well maintained and very clean. It was wonderful to work with such a responsive and efficient rental agency. The service was excellent.They were readily available by phone, email or in person for any question or requests we might have and the team there is staff is very efficient and well informed. We recommend Wilgus highly and look forward to working with them next year!

This was our third year renting the large house on Alicia Court in Breakwater Beach/ Bethany Beach. There is plenty of room for our 3 generation family, with 7 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. An elevator makes it easy to get luggage and groceries upstairs. The large kitchen is conducive to cooking in. It is well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, and a gas grill outside. Wilgus has been very responsive to any questions or needs we might have, and has helped us with booking. The house is in excellent condition. We look forward to returning next year.

I want to send much praise and appreciation to Charissa Joachimowski at Wilgus Associates and to laud her for her understanding, her kindness, and professionalism.

Yesterday evening, after my asking many questions about different condos to rent for Memorial Day at Bethany for my granddaughter, her two friends, and me, I booked a lovely condo with Charissa at Wilgus. Two hours later, I was advised that due to extenuating circumstances, the girls could not travel. This was a big surprise, to say the least and one that no one could have anticipated.

Charissa could not have been kinder. I explained the situation in an email and Charissa emailed me this morning that the condo rental would be cancelled. And she said maybe next year. Believe me, if I get any opportunity to come to Bethany this year, I will immediately call Charissa.

Again, I believe that the customer service extended was extraordinary and hope that others make Wilgus their first stop for the beach.
