Another great Bethany Beach vacation, thanks to Wilgus Associates. The beach property was excellent. All the amenities we needed and a well maintained property. Wilgus Associates are top notch for facilitating our rental. The offer many nice properties, make it easy to reserve and have a wonderful system for paying on a schedule, rather than all at once. But it doesn’t stop there. They text when our rental is ready on our day of arrival and are very friendly and helpful. When we go to pickup our keys they even provide a gift bag of a few essentials to get us started. If you have an issue, they respond promptly and even check in during our visit to make sure everything is okay. Check out is very well managed too. In and out in no time. When looking for a beach property I always check Wilgus first, they are top notch.

I love renting our beach house through Wilgus in Bethany Beach. They are very accommodating and know us on a first name basis, which feels like family. The staff are always available to talk on the phone and in person any time I need them. Everyone is polite and very happy to help. Their office is very convenient, clean and efficient. We have rented through Wilgus for 7 years and have been very satisfied. Our house has ample room for all 11 of us and is within walking distance to the beach! Upon checkin we were extremely disappointed to see pet hairs on the comforter in the main bedroom and on the floors. Also the air conditioner filter was filthy and had not been changed since 3/25. Please note the picture of the thermostat which states filters should be changed monthly. The TV in the living room didn’t work. A maintenance worker tried to fix it but it only worked for a couple of hours - so we had no TV in the living room. The lock on the screen door didn’t work. The dining room chairs need new cushions - they are virtually flat. Though the unit sleeps 6 - there are only 3 chairs on the balcony.

It was disappointing upon check in to have to call Wilgus to get a cleaning person back to vacuum the pet hairs, and we had to wash the comforter. Also, we were told that a worker was on his way over with a new ac filter but he never showed up until Monday.

The unit is in a nice location but it definitely needs to be cleaned and maintained better. We booked a different unit for next year.
