The office is terribly disorganized. I stayed at the same rental in July 2023. It was a very clean house, and the office was organized. This visit I had to call to have filters changed in the home. The refrigerator smelled terribly. I brought my own linens. There was a dog protector linen on the sofa. I washed it as soon as it arrived, as it was dirty. Before I left I cleaned and left the home better than what it was left for me. I received the safety deposit in the mail today. They deducted an additional $50.00 for cleaning. Needless to say I won't be returning next summer.

This place is the worst. Stacks of paper falling on you when go to pickup your key. If you can't get your deposit check sent in the MAIL, it's a late fee (they refuse to wave it even if it's their fault they didn't cash it). Who doesn't accept digital payments in 2025? Repeat renters are leaving in mass. Go to Crowley and get into this century.

As previously returning clients over the years we couldn't be more disgusted with the customer service provided to us with our most recent stay. We were disappointed with the falsley advertised rental as the pictures were nothing like the filthy, extremely dated, unsafe home we stayed in. When contacting the broker right away he denied and dismissed our concerns despite me inviting him to come over while we are there to see for himself. He also stated it was my fault because I never came down to look at the property before renting, which, a 20 hour drive round trip just isn't feasible for me to do(and I haven't had to in the past 3 years), I rely on the photos to be accurate on their website instead. Between the mildew cushions, stained couches, torn carpets, overgrown yard, broken blinds, windows you couldn't even see through due to dirt, unsafe dock gates, and broken screens held together by tape-it was all just the surface of our issues. Despite sending emails with photos/descriptions and phone calls to the broker and Sandcastle for visuals of our complaints, not once did he reach back out to me to discuss my concerns during the week we were there or within the month after. Spare yourself the hassle of cleaning your rental for 4 hours at the start of your vacation and look elsewhere, somewhere where they respect their clients enough to discuss concerns without being rude, defensive, disrespectful and condescending.
