Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Tonight we stopped in and had Carter help us with cookie sandwiches, custards, and he even sold me on trying the new pumpkin frozen coffee! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable about what they have to offer, it was a great night!!

The custard I bought for my parents was thoroughly enjoyed. As for customer service, I had the pleasure of meeting employee Carter. So kind and patient. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Establishes a connection with customers individually from the first encounter. The management and team members never strive to do anything less then please the customer in whatever way possible. Time management is amazing. From the door to the line to the amazing daily selections of different flavors and toppings. You’re in and out with your favorite frozen treat all while having a fun time while doing so. 10/10 would recommend. Will be constantly coming back in the future.
