Had a fantastic experience at five guys Bethany beach. Dee and Dennis took care of me there and I received an exceptional customer service while being helped by them. Dennis is awesome on the grille, he made a fantastic Bacon burger for me and Dee made a very tasty banana Oreo milkshake for me for dessert. Food and hospitality were top notch! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and hopefully will run into these two exceptional workers. Thanks Dee and Dennis, you guys were awesome!

I really enjoy stopping by Five Guys whenever I'm craving a classic, high-quality burger. You can really taste the freshness in the ingredients, and I love that you can customize your toppings exactly how you like them. Their fries are consistently delicious generously portioned and always cooked perfectly. It’s a reliable, no-fuss spot that hits the spot every single time.

would give 0 stars if that were an option.
When we walked in, there was a man in front of us whose order had already been taken. We waited while they prepared and served his order. There were also teenagers still sitting at the tables eating.
Only my kids were going to order food. When they started ordering, the cashier immediately said, “Do you guys know we are closing literally in 10 minutes?” She didn’t even give my kids a chance to finish telling her what else they wanted with their order.
She threw the patties on the grill, came back to the register, and tossed the receipt/check down. When I told her that she had a very bad attitude, she responded that she “always does that.”
At that point, we decided to leave. I understand that it was close to closing time, but we arrived before closing and had already waited while the customer ahead of us was served. There were still customers sitting and eating, and only my children were ordering. They should have at least been allowed to finish their order without being rushed or treated like an inconvenience.
Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service, especially toward children.
