From the moment we made a reservation to the moment we ordered everything and everyone was amazing!! Yuanna was our server… she is amazing!! To the guy who served our food[ didn’t catch his name tall blonde guy with curly hair sweet and kind].
The food was OUTSTANDING!!! We had the Pastina soup just like grandma made.
The fresh pasta was a 10 all the way!!
Rice ball was scrumptious ..

This is my first visit to this location.( I live in Rehoboth Beach and I’ve been to their location there.) This place is bustling. We waited for our party to arrive, so we sat at the bar. I had a Prosecco and my partner had a Chardonnay. The bartender was a wonderfully mature woman who was most gracious.

Our whole party arrived and we were seated. I recommend sharing appetizers. The menu is great, but make sure you look at the specials. I had the veal chop. It was fantastic. The rest of the table had pasta, seafood, etc.

Our table really wanted to order desert because there are great options, especially a HUGE chocolate cake and a peanut butter pie.

We had a great experience.

Most of all, Maggie, our server and her support were seamless in their service.

One caveat: During the summer season, make reservations as early as possible.

I made a reservation in JANUARY for 10 people for a private room to celebrate my grandparent’s 60th wedding anniversary. DeFibos holds a special place in my family’s hearts, which is why we chose this venue to celebrate such a milestone. My grandmother is hard of hearing which is why I specifically looked for a place with a PRIVATE ROOM. The reservation was made for July 11th. I called several times to ensure that everything was squared away. Each time I got a confident confirmation that everything was squared away for the chef’s room. It was never indicated that the chef’s room was NOT a private room.

We arrived a few minutes early and were told the room was occupied but they were finishing up and should be able to sit back there soon. All good. 10 minutes go by- the room is still occupied but should be finishing up shortly. No worries. Another 10 minutes go by, they are still finishing up- ok-fine. 10 MORE minutes go by- the response we were given was “I’m sorry it’s a busy Saturday night in July.” That is why I made the reservation in JANUARY. I was even told when I made the booking how I was smart to make the reservation so early because they fill up so fast. I was also strongly recommended to push my reservation back time wise to accommodate the rush.

A half hour later, we are finally seated and the room is NOT PRIVATE at all. My poor grandmother struggled the whole night and couldn’t hear ANYTHING!!! The manager promised my uncle that no one else would be seated in the room the rest of the night. What happened 10 minutes later?? There were two tables sat directly behind us!! They left and then two more were seated after that. We had speeches and celebrations planned which were all ruined due to the incredible amount of noise.

We will no longer be dining here. Disappointed is beyond an understatement.
