Crowley Associates

We had a fun time at the “pink” house. The bedrooms are a nice size but if you don’t like very firm springy beds, take a foam topper. There is a baby gate already installed at the top of the steps which was nice. There were plenty of plates, bowls, etc., in the kitchen. An upgrade to a smart TV would be nice in the living room and an extra refrigerator, too. Some boards are loose on the walkway to the outdoor shower. We stayed during the recent heat wave and the AC Unit had no problems keeping the whole house cool. Trash days need to be updated in the informational booklet that is in the house, it actually comes 2 times during the week and the trash guy pulls your can out from under the house for you! The walk to the beach is easy and the path is a very well made walkway. There is only one complaint really….apparently some kind of sealant is used on the wood poles and maybe under the house? Well, whatever is used has a strong odor and it seeps into the house, especially the front bedroom on the first floor. Crowley sent air purifiers over and they did help a lot on the second floor but not the bedroom. They also sent someone to the house to spray a deodorizer but that only temporarily helped.

This is our family’s 16th year using Crowley and personally my 5th. Email or phone calls are responded promptly and professionally. The new text check in process is a great add on. Our rental property is always clean upon arrival. Any problems through out the week are dealt with as soon as possible. I will always recommend using them for all your summer beach rentals.

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for ten years, and switched to Crowley rentals three or four years ago. Their team is very responsive, from locating a rental that meets our needs to making sure questions are answered promptly. We had a plumbing issue this time, it wasn't critical since our place had plenty of bathrooms, but it was fixed promptly the next morning. They efficiently handle email and text messages, and also offered helpful advice via text during the very hot days we experienced.
