Crowley Associates

This was our second summer at Blue Surf #202. Perfect location, easy check-in, spacious enough for two families (we rented as a family of 4). There is also a pool right outside of the condo which the kids love when taking a break from the beach. Overall, it's a wonderful summer beach rental. The only suggestions would be to switch out to smart TVs so the renters can stream programs during down time instead of being limited to basic cable. Also a few upgrades to fixtures like the main bedroom shower head would make this place absolutely perfect. Already looking forward to next summer!

This house is a 10/10. This is our second year renting, it’s Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It’s about 6 blocks to the beach, so still walkable, which our family of adults and strong teens did everyday. You get a parking pass so I guess you could take a car to the beach to drop off your stuff. We try to park and walk everywhere after we arrive, the town is an easy walk away.
The reason for 4/5 stars is for the size and capacity of the house the supplies in the kitchen are still lacking. Last year I gave Crowley a note of suggested kitchen supplies. I do think there was an improvement in measuring cups, cooking utensils etc. however, if you plan to have any food items baked (casseroles, brownies) or want to make 2 packs of spaghettis or 8 ears of sweet corn, the pans are non-existent. There’s not an 9x13 pan. Also, do not expect any extra supplies at all. There are none at the house, bring everything (wraps, hand soap, detergent etc).
We had a wonderful Bethany vacation in this home, but I don’t think we will rent this one again.

Have rented with Crowley for many years. I highly recommend. We were there last week in a different home after 7 years at the same address. The new rental was exactly as Crowley presented it online. First class home with excellent furnishings. Kitchen and kitchen accessories were best ever. HVAC and Hot Water were great even with a large group and hot weather. Greg Murphy at Crowley is a professional.
