CoCoLo Sushi

We'd planned to dine here on a Tuesday night, arrived to see a sign on the door that said they were closed due to a staff shortage. My friend said on more than a couple other occasions they were closed on a day they were supposed to be open, so... I guess you better call ahead if you really feel it necessary to eat here. On another occasion, upon arrival, they said it was a 35 minute wait, despite there being 7 or 8 tables open. After 30 minutes, returned and they said it would be another 30 minutes, despite there being 6 tables open (like where are the patrons they said had those tables reserved?).

Everything was wonderful unlike some reviews said bad customer service… they were very pleasant and polite! The food was great appetizer, sushi and dessert! Everything we ordered was perfect and delicious! In the future whenever I go to Bethany or Rehobeth I will go there!!

Cocolo Sushi balls out. This sushi is delicious and so so fresh and I’m picky about my sushi. There can be a long wait so I’ve just gone right at opening to avoid that.
The fish is amazing and the variety of rolls will make you smile! The rice is textbook Japanese.

Depending on what you order it may be more expensive but you won’t regret it if you order a more expensive dish. I’ve done the chef special on one occasion and loved it. On another I did the chef’s choice nigiri and was again impressed.

Can’t wait to go again when I’m back in Bethany!
