Bethany Beach Books

One of my favorite book stores at the beach! I love taking a walk down the boardwalk and stopping by Bethany Beach Books. There’s a huge selection with clear sections including top sellers/charts, staff picks, a Taylor Swift area, local MD reads and all of the typical genres of books for adults, YA & children. They have lots of options for book merch including bookmarks, calendars, bags and more. When I went for St. Patrick’s Day weekend, if you wanted a surprise, you could choose a “Feeling Lucky?” book that gave a little bit of information but was wrapped, so it was essentially a blind date with a book! They also now have “The Book Drop”, a monthly subscription service grab bag! There’s signed books available and they often do author signing events. So many options for books, goodies & events - sign up for their email list for updates.

Just the loveliest book store I’ve ever been to. The cashier was very sweet and helpful and they have such a wide selection! Would love to visit again in the future.

We got here every year! The owners are always so welcoming and kind. Great variety of books and gifts too 😃
