Just the loveliest book store I’ve ever been to. The cashier was very sweet and helpful and they have such a wide selection! Would love to visit again in the future.

Just discovered your bookstore, and wow—we're obsessed! The vibe was chill, the staff was super helpful, and the book selection? Absolutely on point! We spent what seemed like a lifetime browsing, fell in love with several local children’s books, and left with $200 of, what I’m sure will be, our new favorite reads. Thanks for being the highlight of our Bethany Beach adventure!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that visiting Bethany Beach Books was one of the highlights of our trip to Bethany Beach!
The selection was incredible. One instantly realizes that the staff truly cares. From the helpful synopsis cards highlighting some of the staff's picks, to their excellent personalized recommendations, you are sure to leave with your next fantastic read!
One such staff member recommended Part-time Mermaid when I said I was looking for a beach/ocean themed book for my 4-yr-old to mark her first trip to the shore. It was PERFECT. My daughter absolutely loved it! (I think the staff member may have been named Carrie-Ann? Regardless-- thank you!)
And after reading one of the synopsis cards, I walked away with The Lost Apothecary. It made for a great, fast beach read! I haven't read for pleasure in such a long time, but this made for such a welcomed return!
