This was vacation #4 at 108 Wellington and it continues to provide my family with a wonderful time at the beach. The house is very accommodating for all of us from our new toddler (Miss Rachel looks great on the big screen) to this senior citizen ( the elevator is sweet!). The short walk to the sand and all of the Bethany amenities is just the ticket for everyone young and old. We can do all the beach stuff without ever getting back into the car if we like. Additionally, I really appreciate the staff at Berkshire Hathaway. They continue to make the rental process friendly and efficient. We’ll be back for year number 5! Fingers crossed!

This house is beautiful! We have been vacationing in Bethany for ten years, and this is one of our favorite homes we have stayed in so far. It definitely gives that at home feeling. We stayed as a party of eight, four adults and four teenagers. There was ample room. One of the best features is the screened-in porch. We loved gathering there first thing in the morning and also at night before bed. We really have nothing super negative to say, except that we did have to clean up some left behind dirties, but we were able to resolve that on our own and it did not upset our stay. Definitely would love to rent again, if the dates match up for next year.

House and decor were lovely! Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and GREAT location! Right on the trolley route. Kim was very good to work with. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.
