Addy Sea Historic Oceanfront Inn

Our experience at Addy Sea was incredible. While we only stayed one night, there's not enough positive things to say. First, let's talk about location - it's a beachfront property and they offer free (and comfortable) beach chairs, towels and even bikes to enjoy! You are 6 blocks walking from the downtown boardwalk in Bethany Beach as well. The property itself is so quaint and well kept, you can really tell the staff really love what they do and are taken care of well.

The room was remarkable as well. We stayed in Room #10 and arrived right as the Happy Hour ended but Cindy was so sweet and said she had held our Happy Hour treats aside, along with some wine for us to enjoy at our own leisure in the room. The breakfast the next morning was also incredible. The staff are just so sweet and attentive -- even to my dietary needs (Gluten Free) and I didn't even have to say it, but they had already made note and the Chef had alternatives prepared that were delightful and delicious! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The Addy Sea offers a unique beach holiday experience! Everything needed for a day at the beach is provided…chairs, towels, beach umbrella, etc. Bicycles are also complimentary and the roadways are very bike friendly! The beach is just steps away from the Inn which provides a special mat making walking over the dune easier! The common spaces are beautifully kept and comfortable.
The team providing all the services is professional friendly and caring. The breakfasts & lunches are always fresh & delicious! The afternoon treats are amazing! I would not think of staying any where else for my beach vacation!

The Addy Sea is the most beautiful seaside bed & breakfast. The staff and the food was beyond incredible! When you walk through the doors, it's like stepping back in coastal time. We especially loved the direct access to the beach. Chairs, beach towels and even bicycles were also included with our stay. Enjoyed it so much! Thank you to everyone at Addy Sea.
