- Public Restrooms: Yes
- Dogs: Prohibited on Beach and Boardwalk from May 15 - September 15
- Fishing, Flying Kites, Kayaks, and Paddle Boards: Permitted when Lifeguards are off Duty
- Parking: Paid or Permitted
- Smoking: Prohibited Except at Designated Smoking Stations
- Surfing: Permitted when Lifeguards are off Duty
- No Digging Large Holdes in the Sand
- Glass Bottles Prohibited
- Ball Playing at Lifeguard Discretion
- No Tents, Canopies, Tarps, or Cabanas. Standard Upright Umbrellas and Baby Tents (no larger than three feet high by four feet wide by five feet long and without grounding wires or ropes that extend beyond the perimeter of the device) Are Allowed
- No Littering
- Beach Closed to Public from 1:00 am to 5:00 am Daily
- No Sleeping on Beach from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Boardwalk Regulations
- No Dogs May 15 - September 30
- No Bikes, Except from 6:00 am - 9:00 am Daily
- No Roller Skates, Skateboards, Motor Bikes, or Motorcycles
- No Littering
- No Tossing Objects
- No Kites
- No Alcoholic Beverages
- Juvenile Curfew in Effect from 11:00 pm - 5:00 am
