The Bethany Beach Police Department is a full-service CALEA accredited law enforcement agency.
The Police Department's force of 10 employees is dedicated to serving merchants, residents and visitors by:
- Responding to calls for service
- Enforcing state and local laws
- Conducting preventive patrol activities
- Performing criminal investigations
- Promoting traffic safety
- Apprehending offenders
